Do you have a skybox in your map?

A skybox will close your hole map for leaks

That means one of the door brushes (the origin or the door) is invading other brushes. In the error you get a coordinates. Find this door and redo it.

That happens when you copy a func door. It wont harm your map, but it is better to remake it.

If you have a large number of identical doors, you can save it as a prefab and load a new one for each spot, that way you won't get the leaks, but still avoid doing lots of identical doors from the bottom up.
