I was just wondering, if there is a way to enable and disable spawnpoints when you reach a trigger, such as, if you get to the top of a hill, your team can then spawn on the hill?

Yes... use the enablespawn and disablespawn commands
$myspawnpoint enablespawn
$myotherspawnpoint disablespawn

Can this apply to script origins? And how? Coz they all have the same targetname..

Nope you can only apply it to spawnpoints
