Quick .cfg ?

Post by kai0ty »

yea, i cant tell what the script is supposed to do.

alias hf1 "hud_fastswitch 1"
alias hf0 "hud_fastswitch 0"

alias fgren grenadeon
alias grenadeon "bind alt +gren; alias fgren grenadeoff; locationprint 10 360 "*****Fast-Nades-On*******"
alias grenadeoff "bind alt +attacksecondary; alias fgren grenadeon; locationprint 10 360 "*****Fast-Nades-Off*******"
alias +gren "hf1; useweaponclass grenade; hf0"
alias -gren "hf1; uselast; hf0"

bind "x" "fgren"

obviously the title is fast-nades, but im not sure what is faster about em. it doesnt switch to the grenades faster, and u cant throw them faster, so what does it do! lol.
There are only 10 kinds of people in this world; those who know what binary is, and those who don't.

bind alt +attacksecondary

looks to me as if you have to somehow turn on fast granades, and then throw them with the right mouse button.

If u are using a different weapon, such as a sniper.. u press your binded key, and switches 2 and armes the nade. press the fire button and it launches it.. and then switches back to your previous weapon
thats what it does.

bind

Ok, I see it now. You have to bind two keys for it in the console.

hf1 bind f7
hf2 bind f8

I'm not sure that is how you do it, but it is something like that. F7 and F8 are not normally used in the game.
