How do I place an "info_waypoint"???? Help!

Hey all,
I'm trying to create a single player map for Medal of Honor and I am following the tutorial on this site. The tutorial mentions a "info_waypoint" that I have to place to make my AI move, but I have no idea where it is in MOH Radiant.

Can someone help me out here?
