Dunno if this will work for you, but when I had this issue I made a brush 1x1 in the exact center. Then I chose select complete tall from the selection menu. Of course nothing seem to be selected, I then hit the backspace key to delete. Next compile and load of map... it was gone. This same principle also works when you have crazy brushes that you cannot see, such as those caused when u decompile a map. After a decompile first thing I do is create that little 1x1 box, select complete tall, and then hit backspace. All errors go away. Don't ask me why it works but it has worked for me on many occasions.
