You could use the scale option with the german shepherd

Put a dog in your map, select the dog, press N and type:
Key: Scale
Value: 20 (1 is normal)
Anyway, the model will look bad when you make it big

if i remind well , a map called TOYS , have this big sized idea hehe , its a child room i think with toys tv etc etc
you can take a look and ask teh mapper maybe for more info
Google around and i think you will find it easyly
