No Allied Bots in Woodbay or Axiss_stargate

hi, i was wondering if someone could help me. I downloaded sg.peppers maps with bots for mohaa but when playing the bots only join the axis side, leaving only myself against 10 axis... Is it supposed to be like this or am i doing something wrong? I have no mapping or scripting experiance so i'm a bit of a n00b lol.

And if u join axis their is 10 allies bots? I think that is how its suppose to work.

open up the .scr and look for these lines

level.alliesbots = 0
level.axisbots = 10
