Problem with lighting(not usual problem)
Well here's problem wiht the lighting of the whole map now i know you thinking what an idiot, he should have just done the tut but i did, followed it to the dime and well i got light but it seems to be a morfed form of it or somthing. here's a discription i can't see no sun the sky is black(pretty shure that's normal)and when i look diff directions sometimes it'll be light and then dark and the whole thing isn't terribly bright i'm shure it's a simple mistake and i just didn't follow peeeerfect directions... tell me if i'm justs an idiot
or if i made an honest mistake.
skybox
The skybox should inclose your entire map and have no "leaks" into the outside void. The brushes need to be textured with sky texture on all faces. The bottom brush can be caulk texture, if it is below your terrain. If the bottom skybox brush is the terrain, then caulk only 5 faces of the brush--the top face would be grass, dirt, or snow.
Not all the sky textures have visible sun flares. You can turn it on by adding the key/value (select and hit key N) sunflarename/sun to any worldpawn brush--the skybox brushes are all worldspawn. Also, not all the sky textures in Mohaa work right--mohday2 works great. To see them all type "sky" in the editor's keyword box. Pick one and then do what atomic said to give your map more light.
