My 3d VIEW IS BROKEN

I cant use my 3d view anymore. I didnt do anything in radiant to change it.

Here is what I can do. I can press cntrl + right mouse button, I can press control + shift + right mouse button. But when I try to just use my right mouse button to view in 3D it wont work. any ideas on how to fix this?

umm... there is an eye on the tool bar thing at the top of radiant make sure there is a red 2 on top of it... or else the controls will be fucked
