Is it a singleplayer, dm or Obj map?

I guess u used mbuilder, have a look at this:

Image

If you got a dm map the selected line must look like this:
C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps\dm
If you got a obj map the selected line must look like this:
C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps\obj
And for a singleplayer map, the line mustlike this:
C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps\

I think this will work

For me nothing every copies unless I make my own batch file...

But for single player you need to add the prefix 'test_' so: 'test_mymap' This will load all the sounds. For multiplayer, make sure it's in the /main/maps/dm folder if its DM, TDM or /main/maps/obj folder if it's OBJ, TOW. You do not need the 'test_' prefix on multiplayer maps.

Do you want me to save my map as 'test_mymap'. I tried that and when it started loading it exited MOHAA and the MOHAA Console said 'FS_ReadFile with empty name'. I have only been mapping for a week. I really need some help.

If it's singleplayer it needs the test_ prefix, mymap can be whatever, that's not important (should be lower caps, no spaces though). So your .map should be that, then once you compile (you did compile, right?) then you should have a file, test_mymap.bsp, that should go in the /main/maps/ folder (If it's singleplayer)

Don't u have that backwards?
I made 2 SP maps and didn't use the word "Test"and sound worked fine. But the MP maps have "test" in front of their names. Is that just for DM?
