SP TC "Das Ende" Looking For Testers

Post by Kalti »

Berry, Lead mapper & scripter of B&B Mapping Designs who are working hard on their Das Ende Spearhead singleplayer project, just sent the following news. Seeing Berry and most, if not all, of the Das Ende team are german, I translated the message...
  • Our campaign is coming together step by step now and only some minor things keep us from starting the testphase. We are looking for a few dedicated Betatesters who are willing to test and objectively judge the first maps.

Anyone who is interested can apply for Betatester using the application form. We will contact you asap and although there's more to it then just this, further details will be available for the ones that make it into the select group of testers.

Please, fill out the application form if you are serious about applying as a tester. Only completely filled out forms are accepted
Choose your language:

English Application Form

German Application Form

For more information about the Das Ende project be sure to visit the official Das Ende web site.

The following was posted on the "Das Ende" website:
Search for beta testers ended

First of all, thanks to all who applied for beta tester. It shows that interest still excists and it has exceeded our expectations by far. Unfortunately we can only select a couple of testers.

To the few who wonder why they haven't been selected as testers, I can only say that we've read all applications and according to certain criteria we selected the testers. The selection does not depend on being someone we already know or someone who has previous knowledge about the project. Testers are selected because of their language, operating system and/or experience. For example we will selected people who have mapping experience and some who have yet to release a map, the same goes for the person's language.

The selected testers will be contacted by us.

For the ones who unfortunately aren't selected as a beta tester, we've thought of something special to not let them go emty handed after the time they took to apply. More about this later.

Please give us the time to do a thorough selection and to review all aplications. All selected and not selected will be informed by mail. Further instructions and information will follow later.

Thanks to all who applied,

Your B&B team

m4rine, I've talked with Berry of the B&B Team and he told me there's a good opportunity you will be contacted.

Sorry for the somewhat late reply ;)

Indeed... you weren't in the first draw, but i believe you will be getting a 'wildcard' ;)

Btw. it's German alright, I'm helping them out doing some translations. But rest assured, I'll be submitting news here at .Map when there's something worth mentioning.
