During a full compile I get this.

The prt file is made in the bsp compile. But, if there is a problem in the bsp stage, one will not be made.
You should make a new folder to keep the editor files seperate from the game folders. For me, I use a folder named tltrude in main/maps to store my .map files and other compiler files. The game only needs the .bsp file in the dm folder--and .scr, if there is one.
