At the start of the round all is good. The allies tele to the c47. The plane is moving along with the player. However cannot see inside the plane. The view is of the propellers on the outside and bits of the nose and tail, all outside items. What I would like is for the view to be that of inside the c47.
Next the eject_me thread the player hovers in mid air until the wait statement is done and then when gravity is set back to 1 the player falls and craters. Why isnt the player falling when gravity is set to .5 ?

Are you sure the inside of the plane is modelled, it sounds like only the outside is which is why you only see the outside parts.

I'm not sure if it will make a difference but try using 0.3 instead of .3 , it's possible MoH can't resolve .3 as a float so it sets the gravity to 0 .
thnx elgan, the no physics deal fixed the issue of him not falling right away. The time was attained by trial and error. Started with 4 and moved on... at 6 they release perfectly in between the two main bunkers. Havent tested this with more than 1 person yet and am wondering if it will work. Really think I need to make the players into an array and have them drop like .2 seconds apart from each other so there is no spawning inside one another and make it more realistic. I could easily loop my plane back around to continue the drop but am not sure how to go about releasing them like that either. My plane enters from the west and flies straight across to the east, right above the trenches. Still I cannot figure out how to make the player see the inside of the plane. In radiant when I look inside the plane (c47fly.tik), I can see detail of the inner fuselage. Also a player at 96 units tall fits inside plane standing at planes origin. Yet when I spawn the player to the planes origin I see only outside parts, its as if the inner parts are not being drawn at all. Does this have to do with spawning a plane by script instead of compiling it normally? I tend not to think so because I seem to recall at one time or another the LMAO server had a mod, and may still, where you paratrooped into the omaha map. And I do recall seeing the insides of the plane. They had respawn on and when you die you would be in limbo until the next c47 made its run. Was like once every 2 minutes or so. But LMAO does not give out how they do things so I am trying to do this on my own but am not succeeding with that part. In my mod I have respawn turned off, so I only need this to work 1 time. That person named King over there at lmaoclan.com is pretty smart dude with mods. He got multiplayer dog sounds working perfectly on a private slotted server. I went and checked it out for myself and sure enough I heard the sounds, and no errors in console. I asked for the means on how to do it, but no reply as of yet.
ok for omaha you cant fall far enough to still crater is usign gravity.
i dont really see whats the prob with seing the outside of the plane. if you want a mass drop of players. yes just loop thought picking players up glueing them in being notsolid. and then loop through dropping them with a slight delay.
