uboat model - How can i see it????

Im trying to use the u-boat in a new map - but all i can see in radiant is the big sqaure - how do I make so i can see it so I can actually start building around it?

Make sure that "View->Show->Models as bounding boxes only" is not checked.

You might just need to move closer.

If it doesn't help, disable view -> show -> models as bounding boxes only.

It should toggle...thats not good. Try a reboot and then try to uncheck it.

It's been like it since i've had mohradiant i just never needed the u-boat before :cry:

Try adjusting the farplane in MoHRadiant using the [ ] keys, I think the maximum value is 64, you should see Far:64 in the bottom rigth-hand corner. If the entire model doesn't fit into the rendered view it will only appear as a bounding box.

I think becuase that the object is too big. I tried a C47 last time too.

I know this is a very old topic, but I was looking through the threads for something else and I saw this thread. If you want to see the u-boat in radiant in the enity window you have to scale it down with the minus key to about .5 or less this way you can see the u-boat and place ai on the deck etc. If your looking at the u- boat at .5 scale (or what ever) when you bring in an enity like a ai or something into the radiant will automatically scale it to the scale of the u-boat. :D
