This one is kicking my arse big time, cause until I get rid of it, the map will not compile right nor compile for that matter!!!!

ooo boy. i think your map has too many faces. rodeny had this happen to him and his super-whammo duper i-will-make-millions-on-a-map-that-wont-play-in-a-game map...

This error could be added in the Compile Error Sticky, yea I think lizard is right.

I think read in nother post that you used easygen. Maybe you should try to use LOD terrain instead. It might solve the problem.

considering that most of this mapp is based off of ez-gen...that might be a little hard to do.

well, the game wont handle anything else. you'll need to break off small patches and make them LOD instead. maybe the background that wont matter or rarely used places. otherwise you'll hit this same error until you get under the max amount of faces.

the error Max_Map_brushsides....
This error means you have too many TOTAL brush sides in your map (you may get this error for example, if you have a large terrain).

The solution is to reduce the TOTAL number of brush sides.
You could try to remove parts of the terrain that are hidden from the players view
