PA MP Demo Out!

Post by jv_map »

A few days before the release of the game EA has made available the multiplayer demo of MOH: Pacific Assault. The file is a rough 320 MB and features the Givu-level and the Invader gametype. You're supposed to be only using 2 weapons on both sides (but there's a trick that let's you use any). Anyway, you can grab the file at any of the mirrors below:

Electronic Arts FTP
3D Gamers
Fileplanet
Gamers Hell
Worth Playing
TMT Filefront Mirror

Enjoy!

DOWNLOAD THIS! i did and wondered if it'd be worth it, IT IS! it's amazing, this and the SP demo should convice the popl who think PA will be a CoD imitation that by no means is it that, the models are better, the enviroments more detailed, the sounds DEFINATELY better, and i'll end my propaganda now.

but still, get this :D

Has anyone else had trouble running this demo? I can get the config screen, but the game itself doesn't play. It just send my CPU to max usage without actually running the program.

I was able to play the single player demo (although it actually took longer to load the level than it did to play it)

traitors. :P

the modelling is brilliant, the enviroemnt you cannot deny is excellent, the sounds are definetely better than CoD but not as high quality or anything as MOH:AA. gameplay runs well graphics are excellent, what is there not to like? :?

Same happened here... it never got to any visual layer. It remained in memory though.

I got myself another download and got lucky after 4 (!) downloads...

I'm not interested in downloading PA 4 times until it works.

I guess that old mohAA still has some life left to it. So I'll keep working on my new map. I'll be laid off all December so I have plenty of time to work on it.

Mohpa (full game)

Post by tltrude »

I think you'll enjoy the singleplayer game for MOHPA. But, I still think the COD addon (United Offensive) and the Hidden & Dangerous2 (coop multiplayer) addon (Sabor Squadron) are better.
