Find the folder in which Radiant is installed. Likely C:\Program Files\MOHAATools\ Find MOHRadiant.exe, either find or create a folder named 'Plugins' and place the two dll's there. Restart Radiant if needed, then in the menu bar is a Plugins thing...

If you could tell us which buttons you are wondering about...

I see the Rogue plug-ins in there..but when i have the map selected and choose the options to get rid of duplicate planes and tri polys and then save it...when i compile i still see the same errors coming up or is that normal?
