Server Side Map Mods

Post by strafer »

I have been working on some server side map mods for some time now. I have been busy lately with school and work so I don't have a lot of time to work on them. I am close to being done though and I created a little trailer for it. You can download it here:

My Site

You may have to register to be able to downloda it. I need people to get involved anyway so please do. 8-)

The site is still not finished. Again, I don't have an extremely large amount of time on my hands so I also don't have much time to work on it.

Anyway, please tell me what you think of it and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

It is in .wmv format. I tried downloading myself just now and it worked for me. Try doing save target as.

It also wouldn't work for me when I viewed the page in Firefox, but it works fine with IE.

As for the Mod, I really liked the vehicle element. The planes and tanks looked awesome, and I think it's a great idea that you can destroy them.

I'm not so big on teleportation and spawned crates, but that's just a personal preference. The maps do look fun, and that's the important thing. :)

Good job! It's obvious that you spent a lot of time and effort on this, and it shows.

You're welcome. Let me know when the mod is released and if any servers will be featuring it, because I'd love to check it out when it's complete.
