Make writing in the walls

i no this is a n00b question but im a n00b
How do u write on the map walls like wanting to write on the walls of v2 all the names of my clan ??

You would have to edit the textue used for the wall, but doing that will make every wall using the texture show the writing in every map its used in.

If you were making you own map then you could just make a new texture for one of your walls.

Also if you edit/make a new texture everyone will need to download it to see it in game.

im sure there is an easier way
ive seen it done in 1 server that i've played
the writing ose made by a bullet texture (the name was formed by bullet holes in the wall but they didn't dissapear n they were only in that wall )
i don;t no but i though it would be easier

uhm, if this is still relevant, they did it by spawning decals... how do you spawn decals? (aa)
