Sorry, I miss typed about. I placed the jv_sound.scr into the global folder... not the pk3.
Just do not know what else to try. The maps seem to have a lot of lag and I think it is becuase I can't get the sound to work.
Do I need to create a glodal folder on the server??

Hey Cobra!
I am not really spawning anything other then some boxes. I would not think they are the lag problem.
and yes the jv_sound.scr is placed into the global folder with my pk3 for the map.
In the pk3 there is a map folder with the map .scr in it and a global folder with jv_sound.scr in that.
It works great locally... but when I put it on a dedicated server.... I still have sounds that do not work.

i'm a little confused on how to support these sounds for SP maps, local??? auto does it? wat?
also, to keep my script small and clean, can i make a global script and exec it from before waittill prespawn? Should work but some weird things can happen with sounds.
