I need dedicated server info .. for VSP stats....

I need to know what is the best way to log kills, and log chat. I have tried several variations but seem to come up short on the chat.

I need to know if its better to set these options in the command line or in the server.cfg file. If anyone has experience with this please reply...

This is a dedicated server running on Windows Server 2003. We are running the MohaaServer.exe and not the Mohaa.exe.

The reason for this is to get this fairly new cool stats program working to its full potential. If yall dont already know here is a link to the stats program...
