BT and SH are basically the same with more models and skins. SH was very professionally done, BT might as well be a community mod on SH.
summary:
SH+BT = uses same source code so a map with SH can be used in BT, but a BT map may not work in SH if the textures aren't there or mdoels or whatever.
AA = base game, should only work with normal AA maps or SH/BT maps that have only AA stuff in them.
SH = cool

SH's SP was superb, it had so much work poured into it. 3 missions yes, but they each had about 4 levels, and each one was very well thought out and flowed very well.

BT for me had a bad feel to it, i loved the aspect, i loved the new guns, but it felt, bad. *shrug* i'll reinstall someday and retry it.

caus i don't think they actually changed the game code at all, just added anims, skins, sounds, and a coupel models. so it uses the same shiz as SH did.

Hmm, but when you try to instal SH SDK on a sistem that has BT and no SH -> MoH:AA SH not found.
Is there any way to bypass that thing?

I have once made a rip of SH SDK that can be installed even if you haven't got SH (as I didn't have SH yet at the time). If you want it, I can post it somewhere.
