alrighty, fixed the problem. I just tried compiling it again and again until it worked(it created the bsp file). So now it works

no problem..btw about the qe4's
when you create a mod it makes a qe4 file so you can open up the files from that mod quickly. say my mod name was blah. there would be a blah.qe4 somewhere and the editor would open up the project folder for that mod. thats all a qe4 does. it also holds your preferences.
in allied assault most people only have one qe4.. but for each PA mod you make the MDK creates a qe4 for that mod
