When i get in my map(small room) its pitched black, how do i add light?

Light entities are not supported in PA. You would have to light it simply with global and ambient lighting for now.
lights are controled in PA by a .lum file. A .lum file doc should come with MDK 1.1.

Just like any moh title but apply worldspawn settings to one brush in your map.

Even though its not supported brushes still work.
Place one under the map though and apply all your worldspawn settings to it.
