Name your map test_urmapname.map

And walking through stuff I always use playerclip, its like an invisible wall.

Also, you can run your map as a multiplayer deathmatch game. That way you will have sound and weapons as well, and you wont need the "test_" prefix. To do it, your .bsp file has to be in the maps/dm folder--create a "dm" folder if it is not there.

Multiplayer games require more spawn points then singleplayer games. All map types (including singleplayer) need one info_player_start spawn point--only one.

Free For All games - two or more info_multiplayer
Team Match - one or more pairs info_Axis and info_Allied
Objective Match - one or more pairs info_Axis and info_Allied

I recommend "Team Match", so you would need one info_player_start and at least one each of the Allied and Axis spawns. By the way, Free For All and Team Match games do not require a script (.scr file), but Objective and Singleplayer games do.

good luck!
