hmmm, hit afer youve eith rght or Middle mouse button clicked on the the texture, and see if the surface parm nodraw is checked...

If I'm right, the ground (with the grass texture) is LOD. In the editor the LOD looks like it's going under your rialway, but ingame the LOD is above the railway.
To get it fixed, in radiant go to LOD terrein and select "Scale 1 (100% triangles). That's the best way to see how the LOD would be in the game.
Just put your LOD some units down.
