Whispering In Game?

I've noticed that by using rcon, there are whispering commands that, im guessing, allow you to talk privately with just one person.... Has anyone else noticed this and know of how it works?

I believe there are several different commands to do it... like follows:
-wisper
-sayone
-sayprivate

Than i believe you put the players clientnumber after that command, than it will bring up your 'type' bar.... Does this work? Someone fill me in please...

yea there is something like that, but I don't know how it really works never used it. Also I think it is a mod but I'm also not sure about that.

i've used it, nobody ever responded tho, brings up sayto client # message bar, then you type, submit, and instead of saying like (team) and (dead) it says (private), i havent used it much.

Yeah, this would be much better if you could just type a nick instead of client number...

every time you want to whisper to me youd have to type that lol
