they already do. it's called Real Life.

EDIT: just read the bios and MP missions outlines and the like, looks liek this is going to be a freaking awesome TTPS or TFPS, whichever. i love it that they developed the characters and are actually giving it a good storyline/believable characters. this is GREAT!
