i am trying to fix a map in my rotation. it is a foggy day map without sun. however this map will carry the sunflare of a previously loaded map. that means some peeps got sun and new arrivals wont.
i tried to script the sunflare in without any luck. like this - and is it in the right place? -

It's been tried for a long time by many, I think you will find it's more likely in the bsp of the map in question rather than from the previous map.
We had a custom made map with heavy fog and dark skybox textures and it still had sunflare
we found that the bsp had a sunflare setting. I tried changing the settings but kept getting errors something like; cannot change $world entity .... was a long time ago now, cant remember the exact error reported.
