What did i do (or not do) to make the water move up and down. I want it level and not not move up and down.

It moves up and down because of the texture you used . Some of the textures are told to do that in the shader that goes with them just use a different texture .

But that one is the only one that blends with the other one at the bottom.
Is there a way to stop it moving?

I think I know that texture and I think there is one close to it that does not move like that . What texture did you use ? was it deepbluesea or something

That one is part of a set of textures that are the same except for the way they move
textures/misc_outside/sf_deepbluesea
textures/misc_outside/deepbluesea
textures/misc_outside/deepbluesea_runup
textures/misc_outside/deepbluesea_shoreline
try one of the other ones in the set
