.UTX files

i just bought the new Brother in Arms game and the textures are amazing...i wanted to open them up and look atthem, but they are in .utx format and ive tried searching for programs to open .utx files and even utx to jpeg converter or something close....does anyone have any ideas how to open a .utx file?

do you have the modding kit for unreal tourney? i think the textures would be the same format being they use the same engine...
