Hi m8's,
I textured a brush with grass.
After the compile the texture looks realy weird. (see pic)
Does anyone knows what causes it??
Sorry for the low Quality picture.

The brush is too big and touching too many others, chop it into sections, will be fine.
Philip II of Macedon sent a message to Sparta:
"If I win this war, you will be slaves forever."
The Spartan ephors sent back a one word reply: "If".

Chopping it up will only help in some areas, however you won't get rid of it completely.
The streching of the texture is caused by a special parameter in the shader, namely "clampmap". (Meaning it clamps the texture coordinates instead of wrapping/tiling them.) In some cases they have also added a normal version of the texture, with "map" instead of "clampmap". Look for a version of the texture that has something like '_noclamp' in its name. If you can't find one then it's best to use a different texture.

Hmm... How about messing with surface parameters (texture scale/offset)? Might be worth a shot.
