cylinder ends

i have a problem with covering the end of a cylinder

all i need is a circle to cover the ends of what look like wood posts

I have just started mapping !! PLEASE HELP !!

Curves -> Caps -> Cylinder/Dialog.

If u just started mapping, I strongly recommend reading most of the tutorials here (esp. those for beginners).
Ur cyclinder caps are here: Select ur cylinder and go Curve/Cap/Cylinder
