Granted my comment was a steriotypical comment, but never-the-less, lawyers look out for there clients welfare, whether it is right or wrong. And like you said most times it's wrong. That is were I get my base for comment.lizardkid wrote:People have misconceptions about lawyers: it's the people that are stupid. the lawyers do their job by helping protect teh (not often) innocent and (more often) guilty.
Well, Im over 18 and I didn't try to hide who I was on my post.tltrude wrote:People under the age of 18 can not be sued. Also, they must prove that it was you that wrote the post, and that it was not altered by the site admin or hackers. They must also prove that it harmed their business, or their reputation.
Who cares if he can prove it, if you told the truth, than there is nothing illegal about what you did. Besides, if he lost a client because of your truthfull comments, than you should pat yourself on the back.hogleg wrote:Well, Im over 18 and I didn't try to hide who I was on my post. The guy who ripped me off had a client that stumbled upon that post I did and he say's the client dropped him because of the post! Which is BS but he said he could prove it.
Some of my comments are impossible to prove. Like "money is his god".ziptie2k2 wrote:Who cares if he can prove it, if you told the truth, than there is nothing illegal about what you did.
