Hold Shift, and select all the brushes of your building.
If you need to select a lot of brushes, there is a faster way to select them in one time.
Make a huge brush around all the brushes you want to select (the brushes which need to be highlighted must be inside the huge brush). Then go to the tab "selection" and click on "select inside". You can see there are some more ways to select brushes in the selections list.

If all the brushes are selected, then you can save them as a prefab.
