custom textures trouble

guys im having some trouble putting custom textures in my map
ive tried nemesis tut but it doenst seem to work for me

i got the tex in the folder and put it in a pk3 and copied nemesis shder and stuff...

could someone tell me what to do more claerly

i did the shader thing wrong
