Rain - work and not work !?!

Well, in true i created this topic not to quest some thing, but i test my map in Internet and rain effect work, but in some machines the rain effect dont work (i listen the sound of rain but dont "see" the rain).

I dont remember of this configuration.
I will change the configuration to see rain.
