It is that it's very complex

In my current version there's so many work-arounds it's not even funny..
Like lizard said everything is custom now.. literally everything including navigation and collision detection. The advantages are obvious, with proper navigation across ladders and tight paths, and things like crouch paths and jump paths are possible now. Another cool thing is bots can calculate 'sneak' routes, allowing them to plot a route around you unnoticed

However stupid little things in mohaa like not even being able to aim up or down

, unable to lean, sighttrace not working against transparent objects

(including the forest borders in the hunt and the stairways in v2), very scarce information of the map available in script (via a very complicated work-around I can now finally tell just where the doors are

) and so many more things, as well as scripts inevitably becoming very very slow when they actually have to do something have motivated me to discontinue the project
I'm thinking of releasing my latest more-or-less working version just for thrills... it has way too many issues to be a real release or an improvement over the 1.1 bots but you'll notice the effort that went into it and the enormous amount of work still needing to be done...
Then I'll withdraw fully from the bot project, anyone interested may try to take it over but honestly it seems like a mission impossible to me now
