I find this to be one of the greatest mods for MOH:AA out there! I could spend hours in a map making stuff! What do you guys think of this mod?

Meh, the only bad thing about it is.... the lack of variety of items. It would be nice to have a bunch of different shaped obects.. some long narrow, some short fat, some just big, some blocks, etc... but i guess you cant get to carried away with the stuff, then the server lags...

But...

I invented a new 'mini-game' with this mod that id like to share with you guys who've played this mod... I call it "Gauntlet".

What you do is, find a large open area in a map. (remagen: Allied side), (The Hunt: Main Street, or Graveyard), (crossroads: The entire main street), (Omaha: The whole allied beach, but going west to east)... ok now what you do is...

Make a large gunning tower up in the air on one side of the open area (like the balcony at allied spawn in remagen) and place 2-4 Mg42's up in the air.

Now, on the opposite side of the open area, make a large barrier of boxes for a starting point...

Now, in No man's land (everything in between the gunning tower and the starting spot), add obstacles, small groups of grouped boxes and what not.....

The objective: Allies have to run (unnarmed) all the way through the obstacles and not get shot and killed by the gunner(s). Whoever survives is next gunner. If you die, simpley when u respawn start running again!

---tips----
-it helps to block of side entries and passage ways to maintain fareness and see the boundries of the map...

-keep some open areas for harder play and less jumping.

-Make a box flat on the ground, then create a left that startes at the same height as the box and moves ontop of the box (so they overlap when the lift is down), these make great obstacles if in patches.

This is quite possibley the funnest mini-game ever!

So if the guys trying to get the MG get past the point where he can shoot them can he switch to another weapon?

Sounds a little like Rats in a maze being shot at :?

your choice. We usually just have it if the runner gets past the point where the mg cant shoot him... he wins.... but i suppose you could have it where the runners have to try and kill the mger and take over the gun.

woah, I tried that 2day when i was on AlienX Server at remegan, It sure was fun! Well it started where i made the gunning tower and all that then the axis came and they had to go through the obstacle coursey thingy and i was on the MG42 gun that i placed on the balcony at allie spawn in remagen,so when they started to go thru it i could shoot them! LoL :D!!!!

I also made up my own Base-Builder sort, I call mine "Fort-AntiNazi01"
Well you have to be on Destroyed village for this one, You start by creating teleporters from the outside of the church that leads to the inside, If you are allies then Make tleporters but instead of leading them inside so they can move place a box or something that will block them, Then When the teleporters are in action start blocking up the doors to the inside of the church, then start to use your tele's to get in, Put fire and Models in (On my BB server i have more objects) And start to place them round the side, then grab a box and put it on the first front seat on the right and put a gun on it. Then you could get a sand bag and place it over the Stage bit so it sort of makes a roundish semi-circle shape. And place atleast 8 mg42's on them. Also Get a lift and Make it Lead up to the edge where you can then get boxes and extend it, Also you could put sandbags around the edges of that too and put MG42's Around them,, Then simply get a box/sandbags would do and put MG42's on it, But so it faces the bits where the axis are most likely to get in. Final Step-_-Make little guard towers Around the sides start putting boxes and stuff all over the place so it looks quite messy, Then after that build a Small Square with sandbags create a teleporter leading inside it and Start placing another layer around the edge so it makes a fine Hidey Hole, Finally make the Last MG42 on the Stand Thingy on the stage as if a Priest-Of-War would stand there, do his talking and shoot at the same time! LoL, The Game starts and there you have it a brilliant Axis-Nade-Proof Church Fort! Happy Building! Oh and dont forget to make teleporters leading out or you'll be quite Unlucky ;)
