Recovering Files?

Hi, I haven't mapped since last year so I'm a little rusty..

I'm trying to recover a few files from when I reloaded my computer.. I saved everything before I cleansed the system.. or so I thought.

I have a map I want to continue that is missing the .bsp

And any other map I try to load don't have the .prt :'(

So am I screwed to a fresh start with everything or are these files recoverable some how?

I should imagine there is a way to recover a bsp file especially I have the .map (doesn't that serve as a raw file???)

compile the map you should get ur .bsp back

recompile the maps like Heald said. make sure everything goes to the appropriate folders.

btw Help Wanted/Offered is for asking for help on larg projects, like to get members for a big mod, not for questions
