Need A .TGA Pic. I dont have PS or PSP.!!!

Hello i need someone with photoshop or paintshop pro to make a very simple pic. But it has to be in .tga format. So i can put this in a poster in my map!

Heres what i want. but in .tga

Get XnView - it's free and it can convert images in a huge variety of formats.
