I almost got it worked out, been spending a lot of time on it.

I downloaded an open source login thing, I have it logging in now and it redirects you to a secure page, now im trying to get it to send different usernames to different pages. Just as I typed that I realised we have another problem that we need to work out, once they logged in only letting them see certain pages not the whole site( if they know the other urls).

I will work it out hopefully

hmmm im not the best at this kinda thing but maybe you can set hidden, secure links to the other pages that only appear if certain values are true such as like (and this is VERY VERY general, its for idea purposes only, this wont work on any programing i know of lol)

{

if (login.name.Jack-ruby = true)
link.unlock = 1 ; 2 ; 3
}

{

if (login.name.noob-dragon)
link.unlock bullet-to-nade ; nade-down-throat

}

and i know itd be a ***** to make all these threads for every new member login so you can have you submit form kinda create it for you? ya know what i mean?... ya i know totally noobish idea right? im only reading a little bit on this PHP stuff so im not the best at it. but you get the idea right? Just thought id post this idea, i figured it couldnt hurt to try and help right?

I got it working.

I register people and add a url to the form I submit.

Now when they login it redirects them to whichever url I submitted when I registered a user.

Very cool :)

Such a simple request but a big mission to make it work ( maybe thats cos im stupid )

Anyways problem solved, if anyone wants to make their own version I can now help them out :)
