The AA and SH dedicated server launchers provided by EA on their site. I tried using both of them, and could find myself on LAN, but couldn't find server on internet. Has anybody used either one of these, and if so, what did I miss...........?

Better try The All-Seeing Eye (http://www.udpsoft.com/), it's also free and, opposite to gayspy isn't a piece of spyware.
