Need a drivable/shooting tank

I've tried using the tuts that I find on every mapping site I can find and the tuts that come with spearhead SDK to learn how to create tanks that can players can use to drive around and shoot, but I've never been able to do it. Does anyone have a prefab of a player-usable tank that can be driven and that can shoot, and a working script that goes with it?
I have been able to however, make tanks that spawn through triggers and move into a certain position and shoot at the player (in a single player map). I just have trouble with player used ones. :\ I don't care if it can be used by allies or axis or both, just want to play around with it. Thanks.

there is one at mohaa recycling bin - tank and jeep.
