Making a GUI with team stats...

Post by lizardkid »

Well, being the guy that i am and seeing the cool mods in WoW showing all sorts of useless info, i want to make one for MOH.

what i want is a small little popup UI that comes up and shows in drastically unexciting letters:

Code: Select all

-----------------------
      TEAMS:
Allies: #
Axis: #
Spectator: #
-----------------------
Plus i've always wondered how to make ingame menus. (per say)

so how could i make a menu that does this whenever i hit teh bind key?

EDIT: i intend to add more stuff but this was the first ;)

You mean by menus? Impossible. All the scoring info etc. is in the playerinfo structure which is totally undocumented and hard to use.

clientside. i'm a noob to UI in MOH so i had no idea if it were possible.
playerinfo structure
serverside? made by the server? or does the client hold that?

It's just a passing interest, if it's going to take major major workarounds i'll abandon it :P

server+client is easy.

client side only well...probably not unless u can find some neat playerstats.
