Need Help Creating A Custom Loading Screen

I want to create a custom loading screen for when my map it loading. I aready have a pic that I have created I just have no clue where to put it or how to get it to work. Could somebody please tell me.

Okay I followed the link that Atomic posted and followed everthing to the T. But it will not show my loading screen. Can anybody tell me if I need to do something more than that tut or what.

Nevermind I opened another custom map and copy the text off of there and it worked fine. Looks like nemsis is miss some text in his .urc file. Thanks anyways.
