Is It Possible to script boards over windows like dm/mohdn6 "stalingrad"
or add boards instead of crate lids ?

Via scripting - yes, if there's a targetnamed entity containing a brushmodel of a board in the map. So practically this means no. :(

You could try spawning a func_crate and giving it some model, though. Not sure if it will work.
