Bomb Damaged Structures

Does anyone have any tips on making bomb damage on building like for instance Ive nearly completed both my buildings and I want some exsplosion holes in the structures on corners etc.

Is there a good way of doing it????? :lol:

3-point clipping will do a good job
gotta make walls out of several brushes though, and find the "core" textures somewhere in radiant...don't remember where

you can use the black steel girder texture in general_industrial, just rotate the lip lines to go up and down each exposed piece of 'inner wall'. it's not perfect but it gives the look of something inside the wall. some use clipping, the few times i've done this i built it all out of brushes.
