replace skybox. recompile map. go back into radiant. reload map. go to -file-pointfile. if new line appears, fix that leak.

line

The line is cause by a long ladder or a row of posts. If there are too many post or rungs touching a single long brush, that problem will show up.

To fix it, the long brushes can be cut into smaller sections or you can make them wider than the posts or rungs touching them.

It would be better for the forum if you say what you did to fix it. Other people may have the same problem in the future.

If you have a line going through your work which you can see on your map grid view but not on the 3d view, line the eye view up with the line on the top view on the grid, then go to the front or side view and find the line again and line the view up with it then go to the 3d view and slowly follow the line as it is on the grid and wait till you find a thick part of it or the end is a good way to select really thin lines.

But be very pachient it can take a few mins somtimes and be very slow with the moves as it can be missed by a fraction of a move.

If you are having trouble spotting it even though your in line with it in every view, look for tiny black dots distanced apart and your nearly there just follow the dots until you come up to a thick part then select the line and delete.

Whala the problem solved yay.
