hud question

I saw a server running a mod with hud text that matches the exact color and size of the factfont used on top right corner "time left:"

can anybody tell me how thats done?

this is what im currently using, but its bigger and not as sharp as "time left:". and though im using white in this example - the yellow you get from this form is not as sharp as the "time left:".
